On 1 July each year, each Employee is allocated either nine days paid sick leave or some lesser amount if their accumulation is more than 21 days, i.e. the maximum number of days that can be accumulated by each Employee is 30.
Staff may also use their paid sick leave to care for an unwell family member or dependant. This is called Domestic Leave
