Dr Matt McGlone
Science team leader Dr Matt McGlone is one of 10 new fellows announced by the Academy of the Royal Society of New Zealand. Fellows are involved in providing expert advice, promoting scientific best practice, and disseminating scientific information.
Dr David Galloway
Dunedin-based Dr David Galloway has been awarded the prestigious Acharius Medal by the International Association of Lichenology. Awarded every 4 years for outstanding contribution to lichenology it is only the second time it’s been presented to a Southern Hemisphere lichenologist.
