Research partners

This programme is a collaboration between Landcare Research, University of Canterbury, University of Waikato, University of Auckland, GNS Science, Australian Antarctic Division, and Antarctica New Zealand. The multi-disciplinary research team will continue their long history of collaborating with Antarctica New Zealand and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, to ensure the development of science to underpin the effective environmental management of Antarctica. Links with the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research will ensure the research is used in their State of the Antarctic Ecosystem (AntEco) and the Antarctic Climate Change in the 21st Century (AntClim21) research programmes.
